Added Sound Effects and Music.
The sound effects being "blast" and "explode". I played with audacity seeing what I could make with it. The generated chirps are cute but not easy to manipulate.
As for the music, it's the "sd-ingame1.wav" file from the PhaserJS examples. It's catchy and would certainly fit a shoot-'em-up.
