Star Juggler (0.4.1)

Would you look at that, it's finally reached the reversed Prototype version (.1.4 = .4.1).

This time I added several backgrounds and a Space -> World cycle (with the Shop between each transition)
Fixed a few minor bugs and made each Shop Upgrade half-transparent if you can't buy/sell it. It was pointless to make the Player have to click around to find out he couldn't do anything.
Added new sound effects for Explosions and Pickups. I also made more but they weren't as good as I'd like.

All in all it was a nice increment. Let's hope I can finish the remaining sounds/music by tomorrow.
