0.4 More Sound , Dumb Bots and Overview

Added an Overview camera (look at the bots going crazy)
Added some basic AI that is in desperate need of refinement, it worked well in URP but this is an entirely new implementation
Hotdogs can now be consumed for a speed boost
Tried to have everything set up by code so I could dynamically change the Player but it doesn't like my array of Vertex3D used by the bots
Walking now makes sound (regardless of speed)
