Spisix 0.0.6

This is mostly a bug-fixing version:
- Game Overs now reset the counter so we will always go to dream 2 after the first
- The ending can now be exited by clicking (Spizzy doesn't spin in it)
- The colors were limited to avoid having near-invisible text

Since I later learned that the game is only ever supposed to use 4 colors I also updated it to choose them once instead of switching per dream (after the first).
