Issue with Cooldown

Cooldown is a harder mode that only lets you solve a problem for a set time (5-15 seconds depending on difficulty).
This naturally introduces a problem if values are rolling after you spin the wheel when the time is up. While the problem is still visible it won't affect the gameplay as it rolls normally afterwards now.
